Your farmers, Marcie and Ben started Blue Echo Farm out of a love for pollinators. Our farm is designed to preserve and create habitat for our beautiful butterflies and bees while growing medicinal herbs, nutrition-packed veggies, flowers and berries through no-till regenerative farming. We never use pesticides, but rely on soil health and a vibrant ecosystem to keep things in balance. When not gardening, you can find us sailing on beautiful Lake Pepin!
